Heavenly Father, we look forward to another Christmas season, the time that your children celebrate Your unending love and great sacrifice. Make us channels of that goodness so that we can share it with those who have less than we do; teach us to love like You do, even if it takes a lot of effort. Thank You that forever Christmas stays a visual lesson of Your immeasurable love. But Lord, our love still falls short of understanding and sensitivity to the needs of others - please help us with this. We pray for true joy and we praise You for humbling Yourself by coming to us as a tiny human baby in the care of a young teenage girl so that we might discover and experience the extent of Your greatness and majesty first-hand.
